Kolten’s passion for massage therapy was ignited by his background as a competitive gymnast, where he experienced firsthand the significant impact healthcare professionals can have on recovery and performance. He began his studies in Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia before transferring to the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, where he earned his Diploma in Registered Massage Therapy in 2020. Kolten has extensive experience working with a diverse clientele, including competitive athletes and individuals managing chronic pain. He utilizes a variety of massage therapy techniques in his treatment and is passionate about helping clients achieve positive changes in their health and wellness. Outside of work, Kolten enjoys rock climbing and exploring the outdoor recreation opportunities in Squamish. He also has a background in freestyle skiing, trail running, and competitive gymnastics!
